Terms & Conditions
Calls will be conducted via Zoom or phone. The client’s responsibility is to validate the internet connection and log in to the designated Zoom link.
This agreement is for a total of 45 sessions per year. Total of 7 weeks of holiday/vacation time at the coach’s discretion. The client’s coaching commitment will begin on the start date indicated on the coaching contract and will renew each month. The client will be billed monthly until notified electronically. The client may choose to pause, cancel or switch programs at any time prior to their next billing date.
The parties agree that each shall treat confidentially the terms and conditions of the Coaching Agreement and all information provided by each party to the other regarding its business and operations. All confidential information provided by a party hereto shall be used by any other party hereto solely to render or obtain services pursuant to this Agreement and, except as may be required in carrying out this Agreement, shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior consent of such providing party. The preceding shall not apply to any publicly available information when provided or after that becomes publicly known other than through a breach of the Coaching Agreement.
04. Personal Information
Evolve Coaching will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided hereinin ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones without the Client’s prior written consent.
05. Missed Calls
It is the Client’s responsibility to notify their coach of any calls Client will miss at least two days prior to the day of the call and work with the Client’s coach to re-schedule that call. If the Client fails to notify Client’s coach timely, the missed call will count towards Client’s coaching services.
The first payment is due prior to the initial call. The client’s payment terms will vary based on the option selected in the contract.
